The Green Smoothie Experiment will take me back to what I know is truly the healthy way to release weight and change my SAD diet to Raw food diet I have decided to do an experiment and feast on nothing but green smoothies-water and eventually fruits, nuts,seed and salad for the next 85 days.Lets see how it goes.
